Documents Required at the time of Admission

Documents Required to be Submitted at the time of Admission
(Admission to KG 1, KG 2 and Grade 1)
02 (Two) passport photocopies of the child with VALID VISA PAGE. If the child does not have a separate passport, then 02 (Two) passport photocopies where the name of the child is endorsed should be submitted. Is presented along with rest of the documents to any class.
02(Two) copies of valid emirates ID. As of April 2012 no admissions will be process unless valid EMIRATES ID card copy
02 (Two) photocopies of the Birth Certificate are required (Birth Certificate should be in English)
If the child is born in India or any country outside UAE. The birth certificate is to be attested by the Consulate General of India. Dubai.
If the child is born in India or any other country outside UAE and is not having the birth certificate in English then the Birth Certificate is to be obtained from the Consulate General of India, Dubai, on their letter-head stating that the child’s date of birth is correct as per his / her passport. Sworn-in-Affidavit issued by the Consulate General of India is not accepted.
If the child is born in UAE or any other AGCC country then the Birth Certificate issued in Arabic or English by the Government Department of that country is valid and the birth certificate need not be attested by the Consulate General of India, Dubai.
If the child is studying in a local school of Dubai. Then Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate in Arabic (03 copies) is to be submitted.
If the child is studying in any local school of Dubai, then 02 (Two) mark sheet photocopies of the Annual Examination should be submitted. No attestation is required on the mark sheet.
07 (Seven) passport or stamp size latest photographs with the name and class written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
Admission from Grade 2 to Grade 9
Pupils coming from local schools of Dubai, i.e. Same Educational Zone.
01 (One) passport photocopy of the child with VALID VISA PAGE. If the child does not have a separate passport then 01 (One) passport photocopy where the name of the child is endorsed, should be submitted.
07 (Seven) passport or stamp size latest photographs with the name and class written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
01 (One) mark sheet photocopy of the Annual Examination of the last school attended by him / her should be submitted. No attestation is required on the mark sheet.
Transfer certificate OR School Leaving Certificate
The gap between the date of leaving the previous school in Dubai and date of admission in this school, should not be more than TWO WEEKS for local transfer.
Pupils coming from other Emirates to Dubai (UAE)
i.e. One Educational Zone to another
01 (One) passport photocopy of the child with VALID VISA PAGE. If the child does not have a separate passport, then 01 (One) passport photocopy where the name of the child is endorsed should be submitted.
07 (Seven) passport or stamp size latest photographs with the name and class written in capital letters at the back of the photograph.
01 (One) mark sheet photocopy of The Annual Examination of the last school attended by him / her should be submitted. No attestation is required on the mark sheet.
Transfer certificate OR School Leaving Certificate in Arabic (03 copies) duly countersigned by the Director of the Educational zone from where the child is coming.
The gap between the date of leaving the previous school in UAE and date of admission in this school, should not be more than TWO WEEKS.
Pupils coming from Gulf Countries
i.e. Outside UAE (Bahrain, Kuwait, Muscat, Saudi Arabia etc.)
02 (Two) passport photocopy of the child with VALID VISA PAGE. If the child does not have a separate passport. Then 02 (Two) passport photocopies where the name of the child is endorsed should be submitted.

On Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate, the class in which the pupil is studying and the class to which he I she has been promoted. Must be shown clearly in FIGURES and WORDS and not in roman Figures. Transfer Certificate of School Leaving Certificate must be in ENGLISH Language.
Attestation is required on the Original Transfer Certificate OR Original School Leaving Certificate from the following authorities:
Ministry of Education
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective country.
UAE Embassy in the respective country
NOTE :
Indian schools in Oman are all recognised by the Ministry of Education, the Transfer Certificate OR School Leaving Certificate is to be attested by the Indian Embassy / Indian Consulate, Muscat.
Other attestations required will remain the same as above, for the children coming from Muscat.
